The last task during reading week is to write about a conference or debate we took part in, the following is a the main points from a debate me and my friends had. Who would win in a fight between Wolverine and The Hulk? Both have a super fast regeneration power and while one is stronger than anything else known to man the other is virtually indestructible. Its the paradox question of what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object? Hulk's advantages are his size, strength, regeneration, durability, and speed. However, he's angry and that makes him stupid while in his hulk form, and what happens when he's not in his hulk form? He eventually has to turn back into Bruce Banner. While Wolverine is always in his most deadly form, may the question is whether Wolverine can last long enough in a fight with Hulk until he turns back into Bruce Banner. Which is possible due to his mutant healing factor and indestructible adamantium skeleton with retractable claws (yes were counting the adamantium skeleton rather than the bone claws). We decided that in a fight to the death we concluded Wolverine would win, but if it was a quick 5 minute fight The Hulk would rip the flesh off his bones and throw them miles apart, however, if this was a lifetime fight Wolverine would heal and possibly catch Banner before he got angry?
